Jharkhand state is the very beautiful state in india estd. on 15th nov.2000 which was carved out from Bihar.Its capital is in Ranchi.  Jharkhand has not good literacy rates however as per the 2011 census conducted by Government of India the official literacy rate for the state was 67.63%.

it is not so googd but is improving year by year it is so good.
